There are four ways to verify your investment status as an individual. To verify an entity's accreditation status, view those unique requirements here.
Individuals only need to satisfy one of these requirements:
Income
- Have earned income that exceeds $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a
spouse) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same
for the current year
Net Worth
- Have a net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse
(excluding the value of the person’s primary residence)
Professional Letter
- Have an accredited investor verification letter from a third-party such as a CPA or lawyer validating that you meet the requirements to be an accredited investor

Financial License
- Have a Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 license
